Tax Consulting

Tax consulting is an integral part of our work as accountants. All consulting or auditing work performed by the firm is carried out from a perspective of tax planning and reducing taxes to the required minimum. This includes, of course, representing clients before the various tax authorities, while maintaining acquaintances of many years with the relevant officials. We also provide international consulting to both companies and individuals, such as Israeli entities wishing to invest abroad or returning residents and new immigrants.

International Companies

Our firm specializes in accompanying international companies with operations in Israel which were incorporated in Israel as limited liability companies or have been registered as an Israeli branch of a foreign company. We accompany the companies in matters including bookkeeping, account audits, periodic reports, dealings with the authorities, payroll accounting, ongoing consulting and financial and other reports.

Non-profit organizations and Community Interest Companies

Non-profit organizations and community interest companies are a field in itself, which requires familiarity with the rules, laws and requirements that must be met. Our firm has gained experience in this area, and we serve as auditors for a large number of non-profit organizations. As a result, we are very familiar with the unique aspects related to the Law of Non-profit organizations, and have a command of the manner of reporting and the obligations that are imposed on non-profit organizations in order to meet the requirements for obtaining a certificate of proper management issued by the Registrar of Non-profit organizations and a certificate based on Section 46 of the Income Tax Ordinance.

Auditing

Our firm serves as the auditor of companies with with scopes of activity of up to hundreds of millions of shekels per year, and is knowledgeable in the rules of reporting according to all the relevant accounting standards (Israeli GAAP, IFRS).

Receiverships and Dissolutions

We accompany receivers, special administrators and liquidators in their work, providing them with various professional services including financial reports, reports for the court, opinions for the court, tax consulting, etc. Among others, we provide service to large contracting companies, a kibbutz, industrial companies, software companies, etc.

Trusts

Our firm handles a large number of trusts and is knowledgeable in all matters related to the taxation of trusts in Israel, including they different taxation methods, reporting requirements and required forms.

Accompanying Companies

We accompany many companies, providing them with comprehensive service, especially in the fields of research and development and venture capital funds, an area in which we have acquired a great deal of experience. The comprehensive service includes bookkeeping, payroll accounting and providing regular reports to the company’s management according to its requirements, including profit and loss statements and periodic balance sheets.

Real Estate Taxation

Our firm is very familiar with the issues related to the taxation of real estate, including the calculation of its appreciation and the resulting tax, including the distribution of land appreciation tax and the division of the appreciation between spouses, as well as issues relating to value added tax when selling real estate assets.

Expert Opinions, Mediations

We provide expert opinions and act as court-appointed mediators.

French Language Department

Our firm specializes in providing services to residents of Israel who immigrated to Israel from French-speaking countries. Our firm has a unique department dealing with this matter, which includes two accountants and two bookkeepers. The department is headed by Accountant Ilana Koskas.
