Yuval Rishpi – Managing Partner,

Graduate of Tel Aviv University in economics and accounting and a mediator. Has been licensed to practice accounting since 1987;

Married and the father of two children. Specializes in Israeli taxation, Non-profit organizations, international taxation and trust taxation. In his free time, Yuval is involved in volunteer activities and enjoys off-road trips. He is a former premier league handball player.

Iftach Gesser – Managing Partner,

Graduated with honors from Tel Aviv University in economics and accounting, and has been licensed to practice accounting since 1987; married and the father of four children, specializes in accounting, Israeli taxation, contractors, real estate taxation and accompanying real estate projects. In his free time, Iftach competes in every sport that involves a ball and a racquet. He is a former member of the Israeli National Table Tennis team and the former Israeli squash champion.

Shai Gesser Raz – Partner

Graduate of Bar Ilan University and licensed to practice accounting since 2018.

Married and the mother of two children. Specializes in accounting, Israeli taxation and taxation of individuals. She enjoys skiing and in her free time serves as a ski instructor and yoga instructor.

Graduate of the College of Management. Licensed to practice accounting since 2017; specializes in accounting, Israeli taxation and trusts. Or is a sports enthusiast, especially football.

Ilana Koskas - Partner

Graduate of Bar Ilan University, licensed to practice accounting since 2011.

Married and the mother of four children. Specializes in accounting, Israeli taxation and international taxation. Specializes in working with new immigrants from French-speaking countries.

Ilana enjoys long-distance running.
