The accounting firm of Gesser Rishpi and Co. founded in 1960, is owned by three partners and has a staff of 30, including 10 accountants and interns, tax consultant and bookkeepers.

Audits
The firm of Gesser Rishpi & Co. provides auditing services to middle-size and small companies. The firm also works with Israeli and foreign companies in the preparation of financial statements that comply with the generally accepted accounting principles, conduct audits by accountants who are auditing them.
Associations and NPOs
Associations and NPOs is an area in and of itself that requires a comprehensive familiarity with the relevant laws and requirements that must be complied with in order to obtain a license to manage this type of organization. Our firm has accumulated extensive experience in this area. Our experience includes serving as auditors for several associations, resulting in our familiarity with the unique aspects related to the Amutot Law. In addition, we are thoroughly familiar with the reporting practices required by NPOs in order for them to comply with the criteria for obtaining confirmation of good business practices from the Amutot Registrar.
Tax consultations
Tax consultations is an integral part of our work as accountants. Every consulting job or audit that the firm carries out is carried out from a tax planning perspective with the aim of minimizing required tax payments. This, of course, includes representation before the various tax authorities, an area we are familiar with based on many years of working with them. We also consult on international taxes for companies and for individuals, such as Israeli organizations that wish to invest overseas, or returning residents or new immigrants.
Accompanying new companies
We accompany many companies that have just begun operations, specializing in R&D companies, an area we have gained extensive experience. In working with these companies, we provide a range of services that includes the preparation of business plans, working with government and international funds, providing assistance to companies with the banks, bookkeeping and preparation of payroll, cash flow and annual as well as quarterly financial statements. We provide these services in English as well.
Government funds
As part of our work with R&D companies, we handle all aspects related to working with government funds and institutions, and how they operate under the encouragement laws, such as the Law to Encourage Capital Investment in Industry. Our firm has accumulated extensive experience with working with organizations such as the Chief Scientist and with the Ministry of Industry and Labor, as well as with the Ministry of Agriculture, the Marketing Encouragement Fund, the Fund for factories in distress in the Ministry of Industry and Labor, etc.
Trusteeships
Our firm serves as a trustee in option plans for employees in accordance with Article 102 of the Income Tax Ordinance, and a trustee for bonds issued on Israel's stock exchange.
Dissolution and receivership
Rishpi, graduate of a Tel-Aviv University course on receiverships, company recovery, dissolution and bankruptcy, has accompanied the dissolution of companies and receiverships as well as provided consultations on all aspects related to accounting, money and taxes.
